ONLINE RETURN POLICY
All "Sale" Items are Final.
All items purchased from The Mix Boutique, LLC and TheMixBoutique.com are eligible for only an exchange if there is a manufacture defect for your items.
You are allowed 14 business days from the date you received your order to request an exchange for a manufacture defective item. Please make sure to check your items upon receiving. We will not accept any exchanges past the 14-business day mark.
We will reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.
Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, visible stains) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.
THE MIX BOUTIQUE WILL NOT CONSIDER A SIZE ISSUE AS A MANUFACTURE DEFECT.
No Exchanges will be accepted without proof of purchase.
All Purchases made with store credit cannot be returned.
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.
Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please email us at email@example.com. In the email please include 1/ order number 2/ items requesting to be exchanged 3/any pictures of the damage or any accompanying documentation. When you have received your RMA number, please write the number visibly on the outside of the shipping package. Our return address is will be given once the request is made.
For defective merchandise
The Mix Boutique ONLY offers store credit or exchange. NO Refund is available.
The Mix Boutique recommends that you send back your return with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
